I really enjoyed my recent stay at Kensington Court. The apartment was cosy, had all the necessary amenities including a laundry room/cable TV/internet, and was near to a supermarket, bank etc..
There are friendly security guards 24/7 - get your laundry tokens from them. The owner was also helpful with any issues/enquiries and was easy to contact.
The best things about the apartment are it's proximity to the nightlife! Easy to get a taxi to get around, and despite being in the city, you get a good night's sleep. Would definitely stay there again.
